Photoshop Elements was created as a cheaper and more streamlined alternative to Photoshop, the hugely popular image editing software suite. It was designed to be simpler and much easier to use, geared towards people who have little or no prior experience with image editing or photo manipulation. Photoshop Elements proved very popular, but it was also very limited in its functionality, having been stripped of many of the components that made Photoshop so popular. Most of the functions from the full Photoshop software are still contained within Photoshop Elements, but they are hidden from view. With the Elements+ for PSE 12 program, users can bring these functions back to the fore, giving their images an extra kick with some professional and expert photo manipulation techniques. Elements+ for PSE 12 program is a relatively small download and is very easy to use, incorporating seamlessly into the Photoshop Elements program. It comes with a number of features, including vector masks, smart filters and much more.
